In advance of the upcoming ballot TE would like to make the below IP Disclosure:
In relation to the most recent OSFP-XD specification rev 0.9, TE believes that the patent family including US patent 9389368, the patent family including US patent 9509102, the patent family including US patent 9653829, the patent family including US patent 6749448, the patent family including US patent 6816376 and the patent family including US patent 10,104,760 could include essential claims for this OSFP-XD published specification.

Here is the Molex IP statement.
Molex hereby provides notice that Molex believes it has several patents that include one or more necessary claims directed toward features of the OSFP-XD connector system (version 0.9 dated March 1, 2023). These patents include US Pat. Nos. 7,303,438; 7,448,897; USRE43427; 9,882,297; 10,122,106; 10,403,993; and 10,551,580 as well as their respective foreign counterparts. Molex hereby agrees that for any necessary claims of these patents (and any other patents Molex owns) Molex will grant a license on reasonable and non-discriminatory terms to companies requesting such a license. Please note that Molex reserves the right to increase the cost for a licensee that refuses to take a license and forces Molex to use legal action in order to enforce Molex's rights.

Based on the OSFP-XD specification rev 0.9, Luxshare believes it has several patents that may include essential claims. These patents include US 17/752,545 and US 17/404,357 as well as their respective foreign counterparts, and may update accordingly from time to time. Luxshare hereby agrees that if any of above mentioned patent claims are essential to the implementation of the proposed specification, Luxshare will grant a license to those essential claims on reasonable and non-discriminatory terms to companies requesting such a license.
