Based on the OSFP specification Rev 5.1, Luxshare believes it has several patents that may include essential claims. These patents include US 17/752,545 and US 17/404,357 as well as their respective foreign counterparts, and may update accordingly from time to time. Luxshare hereby agrees that if any of above mentioned patent claims are essential to the implementation of the proposed specification, Luxshare will grant a license to those essential claims on reasonable and non-discriminatory terms to companies requesting such a license.
